Who is Ailyak for?

We built Ailyak for travel advisors who want to stay organized, inspired, and efficient—whether you’re independent, part of a host agency, or leading a small team.

How much does Ailyak cost?

Try Ailyak for free for 10-days. After the trial period you’ll have the option to sign up for an annual subscription or monthly subscription. See our pricing page for more details.

What does “soft launch” mean?

We’re currently in a soft launch, inviting a limited group of advisors to test Ailyak, offer feedback, and help shape the final product before our public launch.

Who can join during the soft launch?

We’re welcoming passionate early adopters who want to help us build something that truly meets their needs. Anything you create now—notes, resources, itineraries—will carry over after launch.

Is the platform fully functional?

Yes, the core features are ready! We're actively improving things based on user feedback, so you will see new updates roll out regularly.

How do I give feedback?

Is there a demo or onboarding process?

What do I need to complete my profile?

Just a few basics: your name, email, company name, and branding assets if you’d like to personalize your account.

Can I import my existing client list or resources?

Yes! You can import data via CSV and Google Places. 

Can I control who sees my itineraries or client info?

Yes—privacy and control are important to us. You'll be able to manage visibility and sharing settings as you build.

How does the map-based library work?

The Resource Library lets you save, tag, and access key trip elements—hotels, restaurants, guides, and more—by location. It’s connected to the itinerary builder, so adding details is fast and intuitive.
