A Year in Review

As we close out the year and step into 2026, this felt like the right moment to pause and reflect.
This past year at Ailyak was about more than launching features. It was about listening (really listening ) to travel advisors, and building a platform that feels calm, supportive, and genuinely useful.
Ailyak was created to help travel advisors slow down, stay inspired, and spend more time on the parts of this work they love most: travel, destinations, and designing meaningful experiences for their clients.
Travel advisors don’t get into this industry because they love admin work or managing scattered notes and browser tabs. They do it because they love travel -the people, the places, and the inspiration behind thoughtful journeys.
Ailyak exists to support that love by bringing inspiration, destination knowledge, and organization into one intuitive space.
At the heart of Ailyak is our map-based Resource Library -a visual way to organize travel inspiration by destination.
Advisors can save hotels, DMCs, cruise lines, neighborhoods, restaurants, and guides directly to a map, with notes and tags attached. This makes it easy to build destination knowledge over time, without needing trip dates, traveler names, or itineraries.
This year, we focused on reducing friction, not adding complexity.
We expanded resource types, introduced a tag manager, added support for multiple descriptions, and made UI improvements that make saving and browsing feel easier and faster.
We introduced AI-assisted writing to help advisors capture ideas while they’re fresh and reduce repetitive work- all while preserving each advisor’s unique voice and expertise.
We also launched a calmer dashboard experience, designed to feel focused and uncluttered.
Today, Ailyak helps travel advisors:
As we move into the new year, our focus remains steady and intentional.
In 2026, we’re continuing to expand inspiration-first planning, evolve how contacts and group travel are organized, introduce Canvasses and thoughtful integrations that truly support advisors.
We’re not rushing. Ailyak is being built to last and to support a more sustainable, joyful way of working for travel advisors.
To every advisor who joined our beta, shared honest feedback, and helped shape Ailyak-thank you!
We’re so grateful to be building this alongside you and excited for what’s ahead.
